This project encompasses a $14 million hotel complex in Fanning Springs. The main structure is a five-story building with approximately 63,000 square feet of livable space and 92 guest rooms. The complex is under construction; opening is scheduled for spring 2020.

SRI was responsible for the complete structural modeling, analysis, and design of the main structure. It is a multi-faceted design encompassing reinforced concrete, steel, composite deck, and light gauge construction. SRI also performed special inspections and quality control inspections for the project.
